The Resort is only 750m south of Hillarys Boat Harbour with its cafes, shopping, AQWA (Aquarium) and Rottnest Island Ferry.  Being close to major shopping Centre’s, cinemas and golf courses, makes an ideal base, in a great location to explore the many beaches and sights of Perth.

The property has constant improvements for the beachfront hotel resort including new LED HD TVs, lounge suites, visitor chairs, writing desk, dining table and soft furnishings (curtains & bed linen).  The 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments have also received new sofas, fridges, upgraded bathrooms and all rooms receive a yearly maintenance program. The entire complex recently underwent a full external repaint and change to modern colors with new balconies and balustrades.  Other facilities include Free Wi-Fi Internet, reverse cycle air-conditioning, boardroom and meeting facilities, Free off street & undercover parking and a guest laundry.
